Dr. Hopp has been trained as a primary care physician, but does not provide acute care or primary care services. She will work with you closely in a preventive, nutritional, functional and regenerative medicine capacity to address the root cause of your health concerns. She is happy to discuss your situation with your primary care provider if necessary.

At this time, TLC The Littleton Clinic is not able to accept new Humana or Medicare patients.

If have scheduled your first appointment with our office, please know that we are very excited to welcome you to TLC! Prior to your arrival, it would be helpful if you could have the following items with you: any prior medical documentation (radiology, labs, etc.), driver’s license, insurance card and all patient intake forms.

Depending on your specific health concerns, additional paperwork may be necessary. Please contact our office to confirm you have all necessary papers to be completed prior to your first visit.

Please note, if your paperwork is not completed prior to your arrival at our office, some of your appointment time may be used for this purpose.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not come to your appointment, a $50 fee will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

It may take up to 3 business days to process a prescription refill. Please plan ahead to avoid any interruptions in your medication. If your pharmacy is requesting a refill, please have them fax it to 877-673-1592.
