Some of these factors include difficulty following a diet or workout regimen, feeling discouraged when getting off track or trouble finding time to get to the gym. We get it…sometimes it can be hard. We’re here to help.

At TLC, we know about the challenges with healthy diet and exercise, and want to walk with you through the process. Whether you are new to exercising or are a seasoned veteran, our trained fitness staff is ready to craft workouts specifically for you and help you meet your personalized fitness goals! We seek to make it a fun and rewarding experience each time you come into our gym.

Personal Training

Some personal trainers will try and push you beyond what you’re able to do leaving you sore, tired and ready to give up within a couple of weeks. Our trainers at TLC will help craft workouts specifically for you to address your personal health goals. They will push you to be your best, but will never push you too far or make you do something that is unsafe. We recognize that there is no “one-size-fits-all” model for our clients. You are more than a number on a scale or a measurement to us. Our gym at TLC is private and completely judgment-free. Want it to just be you and a trainer? We can do that.

You may have already mastered a healthy lifestyle and want help putting on muscle or improving your athletic performance. Maybe you have lived for years with an extra thirty pounds you’d like to lose. A doctor might have recommended you start exercising as you are getting older and you have no idea where to start. Whatever your situation, our trained and experienced fitness staff is ready to help!

Group Classes

At TLC, we also offer a variety of group classes including strength, HIIT, cardio, stretching and relaxation. Believe it or not, exercising can be a very social activity! Many of our clients come to classes at the same time on a weekly basis and form friendships with their classmates.

Our small group classes are great for those looking for a fitness community with similar health and fitness goals to them. Small group classes (capped at 5 participants) offer greater personalized attention than classes offered at the large gyms. You won’t fade into the background in these classes, and we promise you’ll get your money’s worth!
