Nuts and Seeds Cereal

Do you miss your morning bowl of cereal? Give this cereal recipe a try. It is full of healthy fats and will keep you energized and satisfied all morning long.


  • 1/4 cup raw nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, pecans, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk or almond milk.
  • dash of cinnamon


Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Pour coconut or almond milk over ingredients. Enjoy!
