Under the direction of Dr. Maria Hopp, a customized treatment plan will be prepared and implemented for you. Your customized treatment plan will involve lifestyle modifications, supplements, and brain training.

The lifestyle modifications advised on The Bredesen Protocol include diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and brain training. Adopting these lifestyle modifications can be overwhelming, and they require a lot of effort. We are committed to partnering with you every step of the way. At TLC we have a full-time Health Coach on staff to meet with you on a weekly basis. She is knowledgeable about The Bredesen Protocol and works directly under the supervision of Dr. Maria Hopp.
