Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, TLC The Littleton Clinic is offering Televisits. This means that Dr. Hopp can now provide care via video connections with patients. This is great for all patients because Televisits can help prevent the spread of the virus by limiting contact between patients and others. In addition, it can save time. You do not have to get ready and drive to your appointment. You can meet with Dr. Hopp from the comfort of your home. If you are able to have your appointment over video or the telephone, it will help protect patients that are considered high risk.

To protect patient privacy, we use a system that is integrated with our electronic medical records system. This system is more secure than some of the better-known web conferencing systems like Zoom. To access our Telehealth system, you will need to login onto our patient portal and have a television scheduled with Dr Hopp or Luanne Hicks.

New patients:

You will receive information via email once you schedule your appointment.

Current patients:

To be prepared for a Televisit, make sure that you are able to login to our patient portal. You can find the link below or on the “Contact us” page of our website. If you have never been seen at our clinic, your portal account will be set up when you book your first appointment.

There are two methods to login:

    • Using a mobile phone – This will require that you know exactly how your first name, last name, and birthdate are entered into our medical records system. In addition, you must have a phone that can receive text messages that has been entered into our system.
    • Using a username/password – If you don’t know your credentials, click on the “Trouble logging in” link for assistance.

If you are still having issues, call our office, and we can try to assist. We recommend verifying that you can log into the portal now so that if you need an urgent televisit, your visit isn’t delayed while we work through login issues.
